Fun Ways to Use National Park Coloring Pages:

It’s great when there are many ways to use a printable. Here are a few fun ideas to use the National Park Coloring Pages.

1. Use as a travel activity

For younger kids, print the coloring pages on plain paper to use while traveling.

We like to use a 1/2 inch 3-ring binder with sleeve protectors to store the coloring pages. You could also 3 hole punch each coloring page then put it in the binder or use pocket folders with prongs.

Add a 3 ring pencil pouch to store the crayons or markers you’ll use for coloring the pages.

For older kids and adults, print the coloring pages on cardstock or thicker art paper. There are all types of coloring tools you can use to create works of art!

Supplies:

2. Laminate and use erasable markers

Use self-adhesive laminating sheets to cover the coloring so they can be used over and over again.

We also recommend kids use a clipboard with storage to hold the erasable markers and eraser. Or you could attach a string to the clipboard and marker.

Supplies:

3. Create a work of art

Print on watercolor, cardstock or other art paper to create a special piece of artwork.

Make it personal by framing or giving as a gift as a keepsake for any national park lover.
