We recommend hiking in the morning when the lakes are calmer to photograph mountain reflections in the water.  Morning sunlight is not as harsh on the mountains as during the day.

Tips for Hiking in Grand Teton

-  Check in at a visitor    center for current trail    conditions. -  Make noise and carry    bear spray as you hike -  Be prepared for quick    weather changes -  Prepare for high    elevation -  Avoid solo hiking and    stay on trails
