Grand Teton National Park Summer Activities

Grand Teton is a great location for enjoying the outdoors year round, but summer is an especially great time for outdoor activities in the park.

Summertime at Grand Teton National Park offers nice weather for enjoying all the park has to offer, such as hiking, fishing, kayaking and photography.

In the summer, crowds begin to increase due to summer vacations. In early summer, some of the hiking trails will be muddy (or still covered with snow at the higher elevations), and some areas in the park will be closed due to bear activity.

Grand Teton has over a hundred hiking trails.  There are trails for all ages and skill level. Grand Teton trails offer incredible views, whether you're seeking easier or more challenging trails.
