Best Time of Year for Camping in Moab

You’ll find camping spots at BLM Campgrounds in Moab. Most individual campsites are first-come, first-served (no reservations available). Be prepared to pay at the campground with exact cash or check.

BLM Campgrounds in Moab

Reservations for camping are required from March 1 to October 31. The Devil’s Garden Campground is the only place in Arches where you can camp, and it is a limited development campground.

Arches National Park Camping

There's only one small developed campground in Island in the Sky. There are areas accessible by backpacking. Willow Flat Campground has only 12 sites, and is fully operational all-year-round.

Canyonlands National Park Camping

Glamping allows you to enjoy the outdoors in comfort and style in deluxe tents, cabins, tipis, and Airstreams! When glamping in Moab you can choose from a variety of glamping sites that offer amenities such as hot tubs, fire pits, and kitchenettes.
