When visiting Utah National Parks in October, be prepared for crowds. We recommend visiting the parks early in the day or later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds.
Mountains, forests, lakes and reservoirs where you can hike, boat, stargaze or camp. October is a wonderful time to enjoy the mountains before snow falls!
Southern Utah and all 5 National Parks will have warm days and cool nights. Northern Utah will have temperate days temps and cold nights. You might need some cold weather clothing!
