List of Bryce Canyon Places to Stay in the Park

There are only a few lodging options inside the Bryce Canyon National Park boundaries:

The Lodge at Bryce Canyon

Except for camping, The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is the only lodging available inside of the National Park. The Lodge is one of the most popular places to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon.

Here you can book a sunrise or sunset lodge room, studio rooms, a guest suite, or cabin. This is one of the best places to stay for easy access and excellent views of the park.

The Lodge has done a wonderful job of preserving a rustic feel and experience; you won’t find any TV’s, air conditioning or Wi-Fi here. The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is perfect for those who want to unplug, unwind, and experience the serenity of the Park.

Bryce Canyon National Park Camping

Bryce Canyon National Park is a wonderful place to set-up camp and has two popular Bryce Canyon campgrounds: the North and Sunset campgrounds. You’ll find tent and RV camping at both campgrounds.

Both campgrounds are near the visitor center, the Amphitheater, and the Bryce Canyon Lodge.

North Campground requires reservations through Recreation.gov from May 27 to October 1. From October 2 to May 26 all sites are first-come, first-served. Sunset Campground is open April 15 to October 31 with all sites being first-come, first-served

Keep in mind there are no sewer, water or electrical hook-ups at either campground. There is a dump station available during the summer months near North Campground and is included in the campsite fee.

Primitive and backcountry camping is also available for those who prefer even more solitude.

Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn

The Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn is one of the first options for those looking for a hotel in Bryce Canyon. It is located just 1-mile from the National Park.

To snag a room at Ruby’s Inn you’ll want to book well in advance. They offer free transportation from Bryce Airport to the hotel, have comfortable rooms, a pool, and a restaurant.

The Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn is good value at a great place to stay.

Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel

Another popular choice and only a mile from the park, Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand is considered one of the more luxury options for this area. This hotel is modern, has spectacular views, and fun recreational activities all wrapped up in a charming old town.

Rooms and services are available at different price points but even the lowest point rooms have TV’s, private bathrooms, AC, and the essentials.

The hotel itself has a gym, swimming pools and a large restaurant; the complimentary breakfast they give guests is incredible. If you’re wanting more than basic accommodations, this is the hotel for you.

Unique Places to Stay Near Bryce Canyon

You’ll find unique log cabins, covered wagons, tree houses, and glamping options near Bryce Canyon.

Bryce Canyon Log Cabins

A true log cabin experience, the Bryce Country Cabins are known for their comfortable beds and spectacular views. The cabins are quaint and cozy, and Tropic is only a 15-minute drive to Bryce Canyon National Park.

Although the cabins appear small, they are still bigger than many you’d find in the area, and they offer all the comforts of a hotel room but without the commercial feel. These cabins/cottages have everything you need for the perfect getaway, but the selling point is that amazing view.
