Spring in southern Puglia, Italy is an ideal time to enjoy the many religious festivals, fresh produce in regional dishes and beautiful coastline. In Santa Maria di Leuca at the most southerly tip of Italy's heel of the boot, the beaches are free of crowds yet its still possible to enjoy cruises of the Adriatic and Ionian coastline.
