It’s great when there are many ways to use a printable activity. Here are a few fun ideas to do with the kids.
1. Laminate and Use an Erasable Marker
Use self-adhesive laminating sheets to cover the scavenger hunt cards so they can be used over and over again.
We also recommend kids use a clipboard with storage to hold the erasable marker and dry eraser. Or you could attach a string to the clipboard and marker.
2. Visit Different Locations
The photo scavenger hunt card for each season remains the same, but changing the location makes it a whole new experience to find the subjects to photograph!
Various location ideas: your yard, your neighborhood, a nearby neighborhood, the local park, a neighboring park, etc.
3. Use As a Party Game
This photo scavenger hunt is also a fun party game, as long as all the kids have access to a camera, phone or tablet.
It can be used as a simple scavenger hunt with no photos required as well. Using the cards to play I Spy is a fun travel game activity!
